Cultural Exchange Event

　On September 6 2024, Friday, a cultural exchange event for Kaikoukai‘s foreign staff was held at the academy, taking place from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The cultural exchange event was attended not only by the tokutei ginou working as caregivers and staff from the International Division, but also by internship participants from Nagoya University and clinical engineers from Beijing Kyowa Hospital. At the cultural exchange event, there were speeches by Ms. Melisa, who is currently the leader among the caregiving staff, and Ms. Sanchez, who has been working as a caregiver for three years. In their speeches, they share their career journeys and the importance of continuing to learn Japanese in order to work effectively.
